Current sermon series "Daniel: Thriving in Babylon"
Joyce Scheumann will be leading a new weeknight study of Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth’s book “Lies Women Believe and the Truth that Sets Them Free” for women in her home.
Please join her beginning on
THURSDAY, MAY 9
6:30 to 8:30 P.M.
BIBLE STUDY WILL MEET
THE 2ND & 4TH THURSDAYS
OF THE MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS.
The cost is $20 for the book and handbook—please see Joyce for further details.
In this best-selling book, now updated and expanded, Nancy exposes those areas of deception most commonly believed by Christian women: lies about God, sin, priorities, marriage and family, emotions and more.
She then sheds light on how we can be delivered from bondage and set free to walk in God’s grace, forgiveness and abundant life.
Nancy offers the most effective weapon to counter and overcome Satan’s deceptions - God’s truth! Anyone is welcome to come and study God’s word together as we learn to live in the joy of the Lord.
White Cross quilters finished off the year by assembling quilts that will be
donated to families in need. White Cross meets the third Monday of each month, and would welcome anyone who enjoys quilting!
In order to bless our church family in times of difficulty, we have an organized meals ministry
This ministry helps coordinate the preparing and delivery of meals to ensure that no one is being overlooked or that others are not overwhelmed with too much food.
If you would like to be on the volunteer list or if you know of anyone in need due to pregnancy, birth, death or illness in the family,
please contact the church office.
Thank you to the 60-plus women serving at funerals, potlucks, fellowship time, and outreach events.
Your help in the kitchen is very much appreciated. Serving refreshments and providing a pleasant atmosphere is truly a ministry that is delighted in by all.
Join the fun and fellowship! Many hands make light work.
